01.Veggie Puffs
Don’t let you be misled by the ‘veggie’ part of the name. These dissolve-in-your mouth, crunchy puffs are mainly made up of processed grains.
The first three ingredients are corn flour, soy flour and rice and even though they provide an amazing list of vegetables (in powder form), they have much less fiber and vitamins than a vegetable serving.
These are a nice choice as an alternative to conventional cheese puffs, only knowing that they do not count as a vegetable.
